Vacancy Full-stack engineer

SoftPeak is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to design scalable software solutions, mentor teammates, and ensure successful project execution. You will be a key contributor to projects, collaborating from initial planning to final deployment while ensuring top-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

Backend Architecture Design: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems that meet both current and future project requirements.
Third-Party Integration: Identify, evaluate, and seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services to expand and enhance product functionality.
Full-Stack Development: Build and integrate frontend components with backend systems to deliver a cohesive and seamless user experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define objectives, set expectations, and align efforts with product goals.
Ensuring Software Quality: Implement rigorous testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software solutions.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative environment, and share technical insights to promote team growth and success.
Exploring New Technologies: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative tools and techniques into the development process to maintain competitive advantages.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on advanced web-based solutions.
Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Webpack, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and GraphQL.
Proficiency in designing scalable and secure software architectures.
Experience with defining, evaluating, and integrating third-party APIs and services.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Familiarity with modern frontend and backend frameworks.
Experience with monitoring and optimizing production applications, ensuring high performance and uptime.
A product-oriented mindset with a practical approach to solving real-world challenges.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
English Level: Upper-Intermediate or higher, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken formats.
